History of creation
Cluster as support for ceramics industry
The Craft Ceramics Cluster was founded in 2021 on the basis of the “Rezon” ceramics production company. Its creation responded to the need for industry development: a shortage of qualified specialists, weak communication between artisans, and insufficient promotion of the profession.
The initiative aims to unite producers and artisans in order to build a strong professional community and develop contemporary ceramics in Ukraine.

This is why the Cluster was initiated as a platform for cooperation, knowledge exchange, and mutual support.
The ceramics industry faces a shortage of qualified specialists, limited communication between artisans, insufficient promotion of the profession, and an outdated knowledge base for new professionals.
Despite its rich tradition and the incredible initiative of industry participants, ceramics remains undervalued and requires greater attention and support.
